So a little about us. We were married on June 24th, 2006. We had our first baby on December 16, 2007. We graduated BYU-I in April, and headed off to Colorado. But wait there's MORE! We left Colorado and are now in Nevada. We are starting the road to adoption and are looking forward to adding to our family. Have fun looking around, we do some random things!

Just In Case You Heard....
We are not moving down to Arizona for a new job. We have decided that Colorado is the best place for us, at least right now in our lives. Thanks to all of the family that helped us in our decision to stay or go and we hope that the family that really wanted us to go will still like us. :)
WE LOVE YOU!

Christmas Decorating

This is pretty much the extent of my Christmas decorations. As you can see I made myself a stocking too. It is a little smaller than Quinn and Kelsey's because I ran out of felt!! Oh well... We are planning to put up our tree tonight, so everything will be complete. I will just have to keep Kelsey away from it, so it doesn't fall on her. Of course, there will be not presents under the tree because Kelsey will just tear them up, so instead they are on top of the entertainment center. Real Classy.Wednesday, December 10, 2008
Christmas Stockings
I realized that Kelsey didn't have a stocking for Christmas and Quinn didn't have one that meant anything to him, so I made some today. I think I might have had a little too much fun, but that is what Christmas is all about. I think I might have to make a stocking for me, so we all have the same kind!Thursday, December 4, 2008
The First REAL Snowfall
We finally had our first real snow fall. We have had others but they melted away the same day. This I feel might stick around for a while. Quinn actually had to do his first snow removal for his job, maybe that is why I feel it is official. Kelsey just thought it was bright. I haven't taken her out in it yet. But will definitely take pictures of that!!

Valentine's Day

Grandma making the sweet goodness for Thanksgiving dessert. Mmm... I want more.... drool....
Kelsey liked playing with the clay pigeon thrower things... If she could, she would have eaten all the empty bullet shells.
Kelsey loved playing with all of her cousins, even though they are a few years older than her.
Grandpa Ellis cutting the other sweet goodness, some Turkey.
Kelsey loved playing the piano, just creating more noise in an already loud household.

Twilight....
We went to see Twilight today and well we went expecting nothing and actually got something out of it. Sort of.
My favorite characters:
Charlie
Alice
Bella's mom... her name escapes me... OH Renae
The major characters were well lets just say I don't know just go see the movie and you will understand. I won't say anymore until later, just to make sure that I don't spoil anything.
But... twinkle twinkle....

Is a dog peeing on my daughter?
Yes, our "one-sock-wonder" is a fire hydrant!
Complete with peeing dog!!!
Quinn and I had fun too! Quinn was Billy Idol/ 80's rick star. I was a Korean Soccer Player, although I was too scared to spray my hair black.
GO KOREA!!
Kelsey was enjoying the spoils of trick-or-treating. She was taking all the candy in the bowl and throwing it all over the floor. If only she knew what sweet goodness was in those little packages. Friday, October 31, 2008
Pumpkin
Carved with gentle stabs of the fork and knife, by loving care takers.
The result, which sadly is all I have to show, because the very day this magnificent pumpkin got us $75 of November rent, it was stolen.
I guess one never knows when the little pumpkins will start devororing, or worse....Wednesday, October 29, 2008
Finally part of Colorado

talking
Kelsey is now "talking" I guess you could call it. She says, Mama mama. I am pretty sure she doesn't understand what she is saying, but she does know that she is getting attention when she does say it.
I think this video is funny because it shows how short the attention span of a 10 month old really is and how much is really going through their little heads. First the talking, then the deep weird breaths, talking again, oh look! A camera! and then the clapping.
But one thing is for sure, our little girl is one of a kind.
