So ummm

I am rather bored today, and well Quinn is in Atlanta on a school trip and I am at home with Kelsey. I am desperatly craving an intelligent conversation. Her babbling and cooing is really cute, but it just isn't the same as a real conversation. If you are a stay at home mom with a child that doesn't really speak yet, you know what I mean.

Scrapbook Fun

So I am offically a scrapbook consultant now, and the company that I consult for is having a huge sale, so if any one is interested in so fun scrapbook stuff, just let me know!!

Sssooo....
We just got back from Denver area, and well right now that looks like where we are going to end up for a while. We liked it, although if you do ever travel there, take your tie-dye. Where Quinn has a job, is in Boulder and well there are so many Hippies!! We saw this store and just had to go in because it was all about hammocks and natural fibers and whatever. Oh dear is right. We walked in and the man at the counter is wearing an alpaca poncho and his hair is all gray and he has that "I was just smoking out in the back" look. It freaks me out. I have a 3 month old with me!! I don't want her smelling those fumes!! But Quinn lays down in a hammock, and OH MAN that is just the beginning! I am trying to make my escape to normal air, while Quinn is being the nice person that he is and talking to the high hippie. That was just one of our many encounters with the hippie sort.

Denver was good though. We could live there. It looks like we might buy a house lots sooner than we originally planned, but that is okay. I am actually quite excited about it! I can paint!! Yeah, no more ugly cream walls!!

Oh and one more thing about Denver that we really like, it has all the major stores and resturants that any person would want: Rubios, Chipotle, Red Robin, Costco, Target, Michaels, JoAnns, Spicy Pickle. The important things in life. :)

My little girl is growing up, in a few days she will be 3 months old!! I can't believe it!

Some peace and quiet

Kelsey was sleeping so I took full advantage of it and did some picture takin'. I also sewed a little and scrapbooked a little. Of course, as soon as I was just about to glue everything down on my scrapbook page, Kelsey woke up, but I guess that is going to be me life from here on in. But that's okay. I love it!

Nothin' much

Sometimes I think I just have to sit back and relax. Being a new mom is hard to get used to, but I have no choice now. That's okay because I have the cutest daughter in the world.

HOLY FREAKING COW!

This is the snow outside my front door, this morning. It is still there and since I don't have a shovel, it will stay that way...yeah for Idaho.

Kelsey's New Bed

Quinn finally finished the cradle, I love it!! It matches our log bed, so we are starting, maybe, to have some nice furniture... yeah!!

Kelsey was being really cute (but when is she NOT??), so I tried my best to get everything on video. I was making funny noises and being stupid, just like EVERY parent to get a child to laugh. But I can get away with that.
